ESP/Navigator’s original shape model, HORIZON, which is used by top artists in Japan and abroad, is an out-of-catalog specification.
It has an archtop body with through-neck construction, 305R ebony fingerboard with binding, 648mm scale, 42mm nut, EMG 81 & 85 PU, 2Vol/Tone/3Way selector, and GOTOH locking tremolo bridge.
The Horizon series, ESP’s flagship model, boasts excellent balance and outstanding playability, cutting-edge looks and a sound that is easy to use regardless of the scene.
The selector SW nut has been replaced, the arm is a different color, the shear type strap pin is missing the strap side hardware, and the back plate is missing. It shows signs of use (dents and paint peeling around the body, binding color burn, neck hanger marks, scuffs and playing marks, picking marks, buckle marks, fogging, pits and rust on metal parts and screws, and other exterior damages).
The fret board has been set up (cleaning, string replacement, rod adjustment, octave adjustment, string height adjustment, and tone rewiring) upon arrival, and the fret board is high enough to play well. The truss rod can be adjusted to tighten or loosen up to ±60°.
