The Sound City 200 PA Plus; a remarkable vintage amplifier crafted in the late 60s / early 1970s by Dallas Arbiter. Fresh out of service at Black Magic Amplifiers, where we spent £229.55 getting it ready to Rock N’ Roll (copy of invoice available). Largely original (see ‘Details from the Service’ [below] for specifics). Photos of the innards are available upon request. A testament to the era’s renowned build quality, this amplifier stands as a clean example, delivering robust performance despite the passage of decades. With six channels, all sharing a consistent set of features — volume, treble and bass. The front panel includes a master volume and power switches. On the back, you’ll find the voltage selector, speaker outs, and an effect loop. The unit accommodates common values for both mains voltage and speaker impedance.
