Before I list specs Iâll point out the reality of selling this. I love 8 strings but I am personally not a fan of active pickups. with that being said you get so many different voicing options with these pickups that you really canât do with passive.
The guitar itself is truly mint and close to what you would get brand new. I say close because itâs been strummed a handful of times and not new out of the box from the manufacturer. Iâve owned a ton of Abasi Master Series in the past and these Emi body shapes just feel a lot better than the traditional Larada shape. The neck on these feels superb! I am glad for this specific color combo they didnât go for a richlite fingerboard because those really didnât fit well with the Abasi style and lineup (even thought Richlite is a great substitute). The quality of these USA guitars has truly gone far from the early stages of releases and this guitar really shines. Will ship with original G&G Abasi branded case. Comes with charging cable for Fishman battery pack.
emi⢠is basically the sibling to the Larada. It retains the elegant and ergonomic form of the single cut variant, while offering a more aggressive shape for those who prefer double cut-away body styles. The design is highlighted by the asymmetrical, subtle teardrop-shaped OVIFORM + – M neck profile.
This particular emi Master Series collection is unique in that is sports light-weight okoume bodies and korina necks, paired with a roasted maple or ebony fingerboards. As always, each piece of wood is hand-selected, with great attention paid to quality, weight, and overall resonance of the instrument.
